Why are you asking me for advice? I'm not a professional. I'm a student with a dinky novel I made in bookbuilding class! But I guess there are people that can get on the best seller list and still insist that that they are not a "real" authors because they are not Earnest Hemingway or Kurt Vonnegut. I guess there is no such thing as a "real" author. In writing, nothing feels permanent. Things don't get easier once you have your name printed in a book, but don't let that get you down. You define your own success. And even if you haven't been published yet, you are a writer, because you are writing. You are writing because you love to write. Never forget that.

You mean CKDC right? Well, I am anime trash. That's a good starting point. I guess I just wanted to write something that captured my experiences throughout high school; unapologetically, with all the jargon and pop culture references I had known. Of course, my experiences involve way less high school cross-dressing and angels ;)

Write every day. Keep the momentum going. Set aside a few hours to work on writing and read. That's where I find most of my ideas come from
