Write, but more importantly rewrite. Keep at it. Reading books about writing helps, but at a certain point it can be a distraction from the thing that will help you the most: writing.

I have the opposite problem these days: too many ideas and not enough time. Although if I'm having a problem with a plot point or anything else, I usually find a good walk or a shower helps.
