Dealing with writer's block is different for every author. For me, I find music can help push me past a sticking point. If that doesn't help, I turn to books. Sometimes I can read two books in a day and my block fades away. If I'm in a critical spot in my novel and I'm not sure what to write, I'll skip ahead to a point in the story that flows easily and then return to where I left off.

I am always working on something! Currently I have two new adult contemporary romance novels I'm drafting as well as one young adult paranormal romance about a 17 year old girl who has an imaginary friend.

I am always inspired by the feelings I get from music. It's not necessarily the lyrics, though sometimes it is. It's more about the actual feelings the music evokes within me. RAINING DOWN RULES took shape because I had this image pop into my head of a man walking down a street late one night in a small town and this woman happened to be driving along and notice it was her favorite rock star. The story unfolded before my eyes and became what it is today.
