My current project which is still unnamed, is about a young woman named Ariel who is twenty-four years old. I chose this age specifically because it's that time in life where your world seems to be spinning out of control. You're hanging in the balance between your wild teenage years, which last into your early twenties, and true adulthood.
College life is over for most, friends are moving away, getting married, and having babies, while things you thought would last forever do not sound so appealing any longer.
Ariel finds herself trapped between her childhood ambitions and a real world filled with people more experienced as well as smarter than she. Ariel has to navigate these waters while trying to figure out who she can trust and who is trying to take advantage of her.

The idea for "The Cheating Wives Club" came from when I was in my mid-twenties and a friend of ours came out as cheating on their spouse. It is a monumental admission, one which strains the relationships of even the tightest groups of friends.
Something like this also brings to the forefront people's character. Those who are quickest to throw stones are usually the ones whom have a closet full of skeletons.
In "The Cheating Wives Club" I wanted to show how something like this not only affects the person cheating or the person being cheated on, but the people who are in their lives. Friends, family, coworkers, everyone is exposed as the truth comes out, and everyone begins to choose the side they will fight on.
Emotions run high with everyone involved and this is what I hope comes through in the series. There is no one spared by the stain of an affair and everyone's life changes forever.
