I'm currently working on promoting this book. I have another idea in the back of my mind, but as its early, God has much to teach me before it actually cooks up into a real book soufflé. (Lol, I have no idea why I chose soufflé for a metaphor, but it seems appropriate. You don't want to mess with it before it's ready... And even then it could be a flop ;))

As I was dealing with the issues that caused me to gain and keep on the weight I was focusing on learning more about God and His attributes. As I did that I saw so much freedom to enjoy what God has created in food rather than restriction and demonizing it. I wanted to encourage others of the Liberty Christ provided and was perfectly content to just do it in a blog. It wasn't until a secular friend of mine said write a book about it because he hadn't heard that take on weight loss before that I thought "okay, a person who doesn't follow God is telling me to write a book glorifying God, I better do it."
