C.R. Sedore Suspicious Wishes is a novella I am currently working on. It's in the rough draft at the moment. I need to make the main character overcome her weakness for the story to be stronger. The protagonist is what I'm editing and changing. She doesn't stand out amongst the other five strong friends. In a few months, it will be headed to my personal editor.
C.R. Sedore I call this motivation block. Inspiration is what gets you motivated to write and without it, you' re not going to end up far in your book. I play video games, read books or comics. I meditate and do yoga while listening to music. I find motivation in other creative endeavours.
C.R. Sedore When I was 17, I was asked by my writers craft teacher to write a short story. I wanted to involve a gargoyle that was in love with a mortal. I wrote the short story and got deducted points because I had too many pages. My plot was missing information and had holes.

I found the short story two years later, and that summer at my parents place in Halaburtian Forest I wrote the new plot. I ended up changing everything except the names and a character made out of stone. The gargoyle from God ended up a stone angel.
