Arthur Griffin There were several inspirations for The Lusty Adventures of Theseus. One was, of course, the original myth of Theseus and the Minotaur. Another was - and I'm not kidding - Flesh Gordon, the soft porn parody of Flash Gordon. Something about writing a porn-ed up version of a Greek myth really tickled me. I'm also a huge Lord of the Rings fan, so Tolkien's elves made their way into the story as the nymphs of legend, only in my version there are male and female nymphs.

Really, Lusty Adventures is, to use a Greek mythological term, a chimera--a bizarre sum of many disparate parts, which hopefully creates something fun and new.
