There are so many places that I would love to travel, but one of the top choices would have to be Hogwart's. I would enroll there, of course, hopeful that they would accept an older student into their program. Learning the ins and outs of the magic systems there would be a blast!

She awoke from an all-consuming darkness, and prayed the chaos at her feet had been caused by someone else. As her tears fell and diluted the congealed blood on her hands, she realized with a sinking heart that no amount of praying would make this right…the sickness was back.

I love to read books I come across from other Indie authors, and am continuously adding new authors to my Kindle. Have quite the digital list of books going now which would keep me busy enough, but I also have in hardcover/paperback: The Color Purple by Alice Walker, The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins, In Her Shoes by Jennifer Weiner, Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult and Doctor Sleep by Stephen King. They are waiting patiently at my bedside, for me to find the time to give them some love! Going to be a busy summer!

My favorite fictional couple has to be Westley and Buttercup from The Princess Bride by William Goldman. Their love is put to the test by separation, sword fights, kidnapping, rock-climbing and even Wesley’s death. Their powerful message, to never lose faith, is woven through each trial they face. Their story fills me with hope, that no matter the obstacle or how impossible things may seem, that there is absolutely nothing that can stop true love.

I would answer this, but what happens on girl's weekend, stays with girl's weekend :) All kidding aside, I know how I am when I become "unbalanced" and got to thinking if that happened to Mother Nature, how would she handle it? It isn't like she can go out with the girls and have a glass of wine, or vent to her honey about the horrible day she had holding back rainstorms in the desert. In order to regain her balance, she might need some help from us mere mortals. And if that were the case, sharing her powers with us might be a part of that. These thoughts were what moved The Power of Four series from the back burner of my mind to the front, and I have been cooking ever since.

Inspiration is literally everywhere, in everything I see and every moment I spend with the people I love.

Currently working on the second book in the The Power of Four series entitled Winds of Change and having a great time getting Erebos into way more trouble than he deserves. Zilla is a piece of work!
