D.J. Dammeyer Try not to force it. I think it's important to make sure your heart is in whatever you're writing, and if you write because you feel you HAVE to write, the end product will feel forced to the writers. That's while I have so many projects. If I'm not feeling one, I may have an idea for another.
D.J. Dammeyer Getting to use my imagination and see what I imagine come to life. Sometimes I plan out every detail of what I want to happen, but other times I let it flow and change without a real idea of where I want to go. Seeing it evolve organically is exciting.
D.J. Dammeyer I've got quite a few projects in the works right now. I've had a trilogy that has been in the works for a while that I keep coming back to. I'm also working on the second installment in The World of Eternis. I'd also branched out and written a children's book a while ago, and enjoyed the change. I've been working with my illustrator on a second in that series, and another illustrator on a different children's book. I've also got two other Litrpg ideas I keep bouncing back to occasionally. So... I'm busy.
D.J. Dammeyer I've been reading a lot of cultivation and Litrpg books over the last couple years. Each time I read one, I had little ideas of what I liked, and what I would have wanted to change. Eventually I just started writing them all down until I had a whole system created that combined the two.
