Hiking, talking to myself about ideas, pretending I am giving a lecture or interview on the subject I am stuck on. Often we are good at talking in a conversation about an idea, and when you do this, it is always astonishing at how you can figure out a "stuck" place when you talk about it, but make sure to take notes or record on your iPhone your ideas, so they are not lost when you try to remember that brilliant phrase or outline or story idea

For me it is the research, I love learning about things. I also love putting down my insights on "paper" It is so interesting that as soon as you write things down, somehow this legitimizes your views. I feel I have something to contribute that is different from the noise of current culture, and the only way one can actually be taken seriously if one is a writer.

For The Black Madonna Mysterious Soul Companion, actually the bulk of the research and ideas came from doing course work and presenting at various conferences. The audiences kept asking me when I was going to write a book, and most people I meet casually assume I am a writer.

I am currently working on the next books in the series, which The Black Madonna Mysterious Soul Companion is the first. The book I have just finished is on The Virgin of Guadalupe, Messenger of Destiny, which is being edited and a plan released for December of 2016. The next book is on Byzantium and The Black Madonna, and further books are planned to cover Africa, the Cosmos, South America and the Black Madonna respectively.
