At first I couldn't think of anything. Pretty boring life really, but I consider that a good thing. Then I remembered my mom telling me about her uncle leaving Spain as a very young man. He went to Argentina to work and stopped writing. His mother was sad. Thought she'd been forgotten. Three years later, someone wrote to tell her the sin was dead. Why? Never said.

I've read some Outlander books. Also, Joe Hill's Heartshaped Box. Right now, I'm reading the latest Inspector Gamache book.

That's a good question. I think it's the fact that I can create a world of characters and have the ability to make them do and think what I want. Pretty fun. I get very engrossed when writing.

Two things. I have a first draft of Ghosters 3 already finished. But I've gone back to a YA suspense book that I'm really into right now. That's about halfway done.

I never have writer's block. My problem is not having enough time to write everything I want to write.

I was teaching 2nd grade and really liked reading the picture books to the kids. Little did I know how difficult writing a picture book can be.
