Just do some silly or fun things to really loosen up and get your creative juices flowing. Also, try to find an author who will agree to be an e-mentor a few times throughout the year.

In my early 20's, a very close family member passed away. He was 17, and it was very difficult for me. His passing sent me on a soul-searching journey. I spent the next 15 years in self-exploration, reigniting my divine spark, getting closer to God, practicing meditation, reading books, and going through ups and some extremely challenging lows. Through it all, I figured out how to add balance to my life, reduce stress, and find ways to incorporate self-love tools. In The Goddess Potential, I wanted to share what I learned over the years with others. I feel truly blessed if this book can help someone, even in a small way.

I don't decide when I write, the writing does (like it has a mind of its own). I could be in the library, grocery store, or at work and I will get this feeling in my chest like something is rising up. I know to quickly get to my phone, a piece of paper, or my computer because I know a story of some sort is about to creatively emerge.
