I've never told this before, but Terminal's main premise comes from a throwaway joke from - and I'm not kidding here - and episode of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. I don't want to repeat the joke since it'd give some important stuff away, but fans of the show who read the book very well might know what I'm talking about when they see it.
