After my grandfather died back in 2012, his headstone was placed in the wrong spot. The funeral home denied this and even dug up the grave to prove it was him. (It wasn't) Afterwards, it took several months for them to find him. His wife and children even had to sign something saying they wouldn't go to the press about it!
