Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Christer Tholin Partly from the news, partly from other novels, the rest is my own creativity....

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Christer Tholin I do not have this. Sometimes I have to leave a story for some days in order to let it "cook", but then I will know how to continue.

How do you get inspired to write?
Christer Tholin I am reading the daily newspaper and get a lot of my ideas from what is happening in the world. Reality is of course only the starting point, the story has to be created by my mind and that works actually pretty much on its own...

What are you currently working on?
Christer Tholin I am writing a sequel to "Vanished", probably a short story focussing on the female investigator Elin.
