John W. Nassivera Once a new story idea enters my imagination I find it pivotal to write those ideas down. It doesn’t matter if my thoughts are scattered pieces or a brief memory from childhood. By writing my initial ideas I’m acknowledging the potential of a story.
I try to dedicate the early morning after waking up as my main time to write. I find that is when my energy and clarity to productively think is most energized and not constrained by the things that need to be done or have not gotten done during the day. Once a day starts you never know what life will bring.
I also enjoy the late evening hour when the house is quiet. I usually don’t have the energy for a marathon session, but it has always been a reflective time.
John W. Nassivera I am currently working on a continuation to “The Garden Raid”. Will the children of William Street face the wrath of Old Man Varney upon his return?
John W. Nassivera I sometimes reflect back on the memories of my childhood and often get caught up in these stories of my past. Like any good story, there are subtle messages of wisdom and guidance that can be applied throughout life.
