What are you currently working on?

Lisa M. Wayman I'm working on my next book which features a character we meet as a child in 'Longing for Home' and who grows up to be a nurse. My first book was inspired by my personal history, my second book is inspired by my professional history.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Lisa M. Wayman I have always been interested in my Great Grandmother's story. She came from Slovenia to the US as a 17 year old. I used her story as a jumping off point for this work of fiction.
