I generally try to face it head on. I tell myself that I'm going to sit down and write for a specific amount of time, then do my best to stick to it. During that time, if I can't come up with any good ideas, I still write down the bad ones. And there are usually A LOT of bad ones. I'll probably end up deleting 99% of them later, but that remaining 1% could be worthwhile.
