The Bridge of San Luis Rey by Thornton Wilder and Anything is Possible by Elizabeth Strout and Thank You for Being Late by Thomas Friedman, to start. As to the rest, depends on what relatives pass on to me and the selections of my Book Club. Note: I don't do "summer reading;" I only read light when I am laid out sick.

(view spoiler)[Definitely the leads in PRIDE AND PREJUDICE. I hate to leap to the obvious, but every time I read about the gaps that widen between Elizabeth and Darcy I am convinced that these two are meant for each other, even as author Jane Austin thwarts their romance at every turn. Elizabeth's wit and spirited handling of Darcy are perfect foils for Darcy's more passive reticence. With her intelligent independence and his devotion and authority (can you leave out his good looks?) they are an ideal couple. My second choice are Jean and Lionel in AS TIME GOES BY, the BBC series. I just grew to love them. So glad you asked! (hide spoiler)]
