I can't say I've ever experienced it. I have a hundred ideas, and I have so much fun playing with them, I just work it out whenever things don't go my way. Sometimes it's slower-going than at other times, but I think that's natural, especially if you're not a full time writer. Life happens, seasons change in the wink of an eye, and time is very precious.

Make a habit of writing every day. By all means outline all of your ideas whenever they come to you, but finish one thing before you intensify your work on another. Stick to your guns as far as your ideas are concerned, but accept that we all have to work on our skills, sometimes even in the area of the storytelling as such. Accept that you're in for a lot of toil in terms of editing, and later marketing your work. Have fun and love whatever it is that you're writing, or your readers will know you didn't.
