J. Dominique If I'm not feeling writing a particular day then I don't because I want the story to flow naturally and not be forced or not make sense. If it's been more than a few days then I brainstorm ways to liven up the story.
J. Dominique The best thing for me is knowing that I've moved people, knowing that they get the same feeling reading my book that I've gotten countless times reading other author's work.
J. Dominique My advice would be not to give up writing even when you get the bored or tired of the characters and plot remember you can always change the direction of a story.
J. Dominique Currently I'm working on the sequel to keep it on the hush and another piece of work that sort of just hit me one night while I was at work. Honestly I was more excited to work on it than the sequel until the sequel took on a life of its own now it's my #1 priority.
J. Dominique It depends on the day sometimes I get an inspiring idea and I just have to get it down, I usually find it easiest to write when I don't have very many distractions which is kind of difficult with four kids lol.
J. Dominique I got the idea from a similar situation, but it in no way as dramatic as Satiese's story.
