Oh that pesky little monster!!! I have to say I get hit with this often! Most of the time it is due to having too much else on my mind. It might be something happening at work, problems around the home, you get the idea. At those times I take a step back from things. I go on a long walk, I hit the gym, I sit with a cup of tea and read what I have written so far, I draw, I color, just anything other than writing. With luck that is enough to get the brain to focus on writing again.

I would say it is finally getting all my mixed up and crazy adventures on the books! It is the freedom to express all those things that I tend to keep bottled up and hidden. But now I wanted to put my story out there warts and all, and let the readers decide "Is he a good writer, or just plan nuts?" Spoiler alter!!! I AM CRAZY!!! Just a bit, but that's what will make this ride so much fun!

Just give it a shot! Try something as gruelingly crazy as National Novel Writing Month! I mean I knew I could write before that as I had written long home work assignments and one of my research papers was asked to be shared with the college and then got added to three other ezines, including Universal Life Church's news letter at that time. Just write, let it flow, but also do your research. Like with my work, it comes from my life's adventures, the places I have lived, the people I have meet, the things I have been good at, the things I failed at. Again just write, let it flow, you don't know what you might come up with.

I am working on the ending for book two while waiting to hear back from BookFuel about the next steps to getting book one fully published. Which if all goes well it should be published by Thanksgiving or Christmas this year. Book one follows more of my mundane life with some Other World, whereas book two covers more of my Other World life. Book two pulls you not only between the two worlds but through time and "space" as well. But again I will stop there, if not I might drop some spoilers!

I will not lie or candy coat this, the honest truth is this book idea came from a very dark place and time. I had just been asked to leave my online schooling till I paid off some debt, I was having problems at work, and in general just feeling like a failure. The bigger book and now the smaller books, are my way of trying to show yes life is full of failures and sorrows, trials and tribulations, but also great adventures and epic wins, about the people and places we run into in life that help us grow and shape our lives. But why ruin the fun! ALL ABOARD!!!! Get ready for one wild ride!

Well in truth, my stories have been building up in me my whole life. It was originally going to be just one book. But when I found out about National Novel Writing Month last year, I broke the big book up and rewrote what will be the second part. By November 21, 2015 I had netted my NaNoWriMo win when I hit 50,000 words. But unhappy with the ending I started to add more to get a better ending and did the same with the first book. Only there it was to beef up the ending to do justice to the events that played out.
