I just write a little every day. That usually takes care of writer's block, like exercising a muscle. If I can't see through a certain scene or chapter, I start on the one that I can see or that I'm excited to write. That gets the blood flowing to the right spot.

It's tough ... but I would pick Middle-Earth. It's so close to my vision of Heaven. A fairly close second would be the Star Wars Galaxy, but don't make me pick a particular world/planet.
