I wanted to base a character on porn actress, Dakota Doll (formerly Dakota Sky), It's where the character Kensi came from. She's tiny but fierce, sexy, and strong. The scifi story for Corsair just fell in around the character. I like to show people that you can be strong and sexy without being tall with big boobs. I try to give my erotica a positive message and give my characters realistic body types.

Anyone who wants to read my stories. I don't want to exclude anyone. If flowers could read I would consider writing some daisy porn.

There is no such thing as writers block. It was an article that opened my eyes to the truth. Writers block just means you haven't thought of anything to write, you're feeling uninspired. If you open MS word, or Libre Office Writer and start typing, then the dreaded writers block does not exist. Write that you don't know what to write. describe the crap cluttering your desk. It may turn into a whole new story. Then you'll go back to whatever it was you were writing before at a later date. If that fails take your laptop, phone, or pen & paper to some coffee house, park bench, or dive bar and write what you see. At the very least it may make a fun blog entry. Finally, you don't have to post or publish everything you write. we all write crap sometimes.

The best thing about being a writer is the joy of following your passion. If you're not passionate about writing, find another hobby. If you think for a second that you can write a best seller, you may as well play the lottery. You'll have a better chance at winning the lottery than writing a best seller.

Anyone asking me for advice might do better by asking someone else, but if you still like to hear my 2 cents here it is. Don't rely on Amazon to sell erotic fiction. You can try it, but don't give them exclusive rights. Submit your work to Goggle Play Books, and Smashwords.com. Smashwords is wonderful. They will forward your e-book to many other sites including Kobo, & Barnes & Noble. Second piece of advice, reread your work at least ten times and edit things that need editing. Then find a few beta readers and ask for detailed feedback. If you can, get an editor, even if its a friend or family member. Some readers will drop a book over bad grammar. If one person out of twenty hates your book, don't change anything. Please the crowd not the one. Or just please yourself, because if you don't love your work no one will.

I'm currently writing a short sci-fi series. Two short stories that can be read back to back. The current working title is, Corsair:
The Adventures of Kensi & the Starboard Slut. This may change before its released.

Sometimes I find inspiration from my daily life. A great example is my short story, Rainy Day. Its a true story mixed with a bunch of fiction. You'll have to guess what parts are fictional.
