Hi! The only other place is audible for the audio versions. The rest are Amazon exclusive because Kindle Unlimited makes up the majority of my readers.
Dragons Banker was a standalone so I have sequel ideas but no concrete plans. If you liked that one, I'd recommend Oathbreakers anymore. Sorcerous Crimes was simply not popular enough to warrant a third entry, which is one reason I tried to keep each of the books self contained enough to not leave people hanging.

Indeed there will be! The aim is for book 3 to launch in October and I'm currently hard at work on it.
