How do you get inspired to write?

D. Greg Denton I initially drew inspiration from my own life. Then I started to think about what I'd like to read about but hadn't been able to find. Reading other's work is also inspirational. It can send you off in a totally different direction from the original author's.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

D. Greg Denton I love a good murder mystery, so I thought I'd try writing one. Only time will tell if it was successful.

How do you deal with writer’s block?

D. Greg Denton Always have more than one project going at once. That way if you get stuck on one, you can always move to another.
