Since I'm a new writer this is a tough one to answer. I can tell you there is a lot of my writing which may never make it to publishing, but that won't stop me from writing it. So I guess the best part is actually writing: getting to explore alternate worlds and alternate possibilities, and of course getting to know my characters.

Freewriting is one of the best ways to creatively deal with writer's block, though sometimes even that is difficult. If I absolutely can't write, then I'll try doing something completely different - sometimes all it takes it focusing your energy elsewhere for a really interesting idea to come to you!

Currently I am working on the sequel to Demon, My Demon. After that, who knows?
