The “ME” is the term used in NYC. They are the last ones to show up. She would have to wait until they take the body.

Hi Katrina,
You can have her complaining about looking for parking underneath the FDR drive. She will be be carpooling with several other people she really doesn’t know who will try to stiff her on parking fees’. While she waits in front of the police academy on 20th st between 2nd & 3rd ave in lower manhattan with other recruits, she will get yelled at by old money Manhattanites who fight for sidewalk space. Good luck on your project!

Morning Katrina,
Whenever I suffer from writers block I either take a break, or write about something else I find enjoyable. The change of pace seems to open up my thoughts creatively. I hope this helps.
Thanks.

Morning Donna, I will send you a note with a link to the book when it’s ready. It will be the same genre with more funny stories and characters I couldn’t fit in the first book. It should be ready in a couple of months. After that I have plans to write another book about auto theft that should be quite interesting.

Good morning,
Im about 220 pages into the new book and should have it sent off the to editor sometime this fall. I’m hopping to have it out before Christmas. As far as the title is concerned, I’m still searching :).

Hi Katrina,
The quick answer is no. I always wanted to become a police officer since I was a small child. Although the Catholic High School I attended produced about 40 cops & firemen a year! As we speak I’m writing another book about my NYPD career, although a title for the project still escapes me. Did you enjoy NYPD: Through The Looking Glass?

Good Morning Katrina,
I was almost finished writing the book and still hadn’t come up with a name. Originally I was going to name it “Listen to me, you're going to get yourself killed” an expression my mother would often say to my brother and I. But felt it was too long. I needed two words that would sound funny when put together. One day while running on the treadmill it came to me. Thank you so much for reaching out to me. Give my second book a try. "NYPD: Through The Looking Glass” is loaded with funny stories from my NYPD career. As we speak I’m writing another funny book about the NYPD, but have yet to find a title. I love to write, but often struggle to find title names. If you have any other questions feel free to drop me a note. Thank you again and have a great day!

Never try to write anything in chronological order. Just write about the easyiest things to write. The hard stuff will follow.

Writing helps me think and use my imagination. So for me its like day dreaming about something fun or pleasant and putting it down in words.
