Getting to be honest with yourself. I know that sounds a bit cliché but it's true. Sometimes we can understand our own feelings, it's hard to sort through problems and ideas. So writing allows me to break free, be honest with myself, and most importantly, allows me to be myself. Being a writer is freedom.
