I think of a story, or in the present case, non-fiction that I would like to read myself. Then I write that. I don't do market research or any of that... I just write what I want to read. All my stories are wish-fulfillment.

I'm writing a non-fiction on how to write and publish a bestseller because there is a lot of misinformation out there. My book will have my best advice, dream vs reality and all of my numbers - something most of these books keep quiet about. They will tell you sales or chart positions but not what you actually get in money terms. So, having written novels for twenty years and pretty much retired from it I want to help other writers be able to do the same. Working title is "Bestsellers and How to Be One" :)
