It came to me in a night dream that turned into a waking dream. Then, the monsters came alive and I had no choice but to write.

I light candles and dip my feather quill in ink. The ink splatters all over my vintage desk. Then, I begin. Only some of that is true...But really, I find that if I indulge my creative senses in daily life, inspiration flows freely through me. I make art and listen to music. And I read too.

Don't give up. Keep writing and writing and writing. Exercise your brain. Don't let others stop your quest, regardless of who they are. Pursue your dreams and they will become a reality. Follow your heart and let that guide you.

The best thing about being a writer is calling forth dreams and visions from your brain into the physical realm. It's pure magic. Also, getting ink all over. That's important.
