Loving your Onyeka series! Are you hoping to wrap up her story in a trilogy, or will we be seeing more Solari adventures down the line?

Tọlá Okogwu Thank you! The series was originally written as a duology and a third book will be published in Spring 2024. This concludes the series for now and I hope to come back to it at some point in the future.

What inspired your main characters in Onyeka and the academy of the sun?

Tọlá Okogwu Thank you for your question. Onyeka was inspired by my own personal hair journey and the idea of a character who discovers that the thing she thinks of as a weakness is in fact a strength.
