Brian Trenchard-Smith Sometimes you have to force yourself to write whether you feel inspired or not. But if you do, then inspiration will come. Sometimes it takes me two hours of typing and deleting to get into the zone. Effort will be rewarded.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Brian Trenchard-Smith The core of it came in a dream I had - which became the first chapter. Then I would go swimming every day for 30 minutes and as I lapped the pool, new characters and plot developments would come to me.

Brian Trenchard-Smith Promoting ALICE THROUGH THE MULTIVERSE to readers of time travel and alternate history, female heroine novels. Also thinking what she might do next.
