My main inspiration is music. Sometimes I hear a song and a whole story comes up in my head. I make playlists for all my characters and most of my stories are named after songs. I think you can tell by the title of the first book right?

I try to think about the story as much as I can. Talking to your characters in your head is still part of the writing process. And it helps!
