I don't have a set date for the release, yet, but I am working on it. I won't leave the series incomplete.
Lyn Forester
Yes, I will complete the series. I'm working on it in the background of other projects, but it will be complete.

Next, I'm working on Poison World Book 3, A Darker Shade of Gray!

Hello!! I'm so glad you enjoyed the series so far! There will definitely be more to come! Juro's book is next, and Miki's book is slotted to be number 5 in the series. There's a couple things that need to happen before we get to precious Miki (he will get so much love!!!).
Lyn Forester
Juro's book is finished and in edits! Sorry it's taken so long, but I'm hoping it will be out in June!

Mostly I wake up with an idea in my head. On occasion, I've actively sat down and thought up a storyline, but those are the books that are more difficult to write. The ones that I wake up already thinking about are always the easiest, like the characters and the world live inside and are just waiting to reach the page.

For me, it's plotting. I never finished a book I was proud of before I starting plotting out the entire story first. I would get lost in the middle, meander around, and leave loose threads everywhere. The other advice I would give is to read a lot, both within your genre and in other genres. And write. Write a lot. Your first book might not be the one you publish, but keep at it. Writing is a process, one you grow in and have to continue to practice. Don't give up.

I love being able to build new worlds and create characters to move through them. Then, once the book is out, I love interacting with readers who find my stories and connect with them in some way. Knowing that my books make people feel and react is one of the best parts of writing.

I plot my books before I start writing them, which has made me pretty successful in avoiding writer's block. If I'm really struggling with a specific scene, I'll set it aside for a day. The solution usually comes while I focus on other stuff.

I don't currently have a set number of books in the series. The second book is now out and it's called House of Artifice!
Lyn Forester
Yes! It's out now and called House of Artifice!
