That's easy. It has to be Harry and Sally from the movie. The ultimate "opposites attract" theory made real. I love it so much because you find yourself rooting for them to get together the whole time even when the time isn't right. The movie itself that true love is worth the wait and it may take 20 years to find your one true love. But when you do, you'll want the rest of you life with them to start as soon as possible.

Literally anything can get me started. It can be: an experience, a dream, a random thought, or even a mistake. Art depicts real life so ANYTHING can be made into an interesting story. You just have to find the potential in it.

Right now I'm in promote mode for my book, The Color of Love. But every now and then I jot down some ideas for the sequel. I also write articles for my blog www.the-vpf.com.

START! That is literally the hardest thing to do. Forget about grammar, spelling, or even the structure of the story. Get your idea out on paper (or the screen), from start to finish and marvel at what you've accomplished. Because starting AND finishing you work is an accomplishment in itself. Then comes the headache of everything else.

The best thing for me is creating this world with characters you've layered and getting lost in that world. I read my stories so much that the everything becomes real. I speak the character dialogue out loud. I Google events that happen in my story then realize it didn't actually happen. I could be in solitude for the rest of my life, but my stories would keep my imagination going.

Fortunately for me, I've never had true writer's block. Procrastination was always my anchor. I could be doing research on the internet about a story then get a notification about a barking cat. I have to watch that right? I mean, you're crazy if you don't click on it. One thing leads to another and before I know it I'm two hours in with fifty words written down. The cat video was so worth it though.

This book is loosely based off an experience I had with a young lady when I was younger. It obviously didn't go the way it did in the book, but I was intrigued by the idea of this happening to someone. I couldn't be the only person right?
