Truly, inspiration can be found almost anywhere. You know what's worth paying attention to when it strikes your cold, or just gently taps you on the shoulder. Ignore nothing as a writer - it's ALL potential gold.

More often than not, the "answer" will appear in some other form, and put me back on track. I also find that journaling is a great way to keep the mind open to ideas and helps the words flow.
