A great question for #RomanceWeek, and a tough one to answer! There are so many that I enjoy, but two favorite book couples stand out:
Dallas and Lex from Kit Rocha's excellent Beyond series - great characters who support each other through war and peace, and one of the great examples of how two characters make each other stronger.
My other favorite couple is Miles and Ekaterin in Lois McMaster Bujold's "A Civil Campaign" (and other Vorkosigan books) - partly because of how well she manages a Regency novel in a sci-fi setting, and partly because the two characters are such great foils for each other.

If I'm feeling blocked on a current work, I will swap over and do some fun writing in another genre, just to stretch my legs. I don't plan to branch out from Science Fiction Romance any time soon, but it's fun to work in other romance sub-genres (like shifters) for a change of pace.

At the moment, I'm putting the finishing touches on an exclusive short story featuring the characters from Dubai Double-Cross as a gift to my newsletter subscribers.
After that, it's back to finish the edits for the next book in the Corporate Services series, set against the Augmented Reality of futuristic Mumbai.

I knew I wanted to set a science fiction romance in Dubai, UAE. It's a very technology-forward city that people don't hear much about - they just 3-D printed an office building there! As for the underpinnings of my story, I wanted to look at the relationship implications of not being able to trust memory or sense of self, something that hero struggles with throughout.
