Narnia without a doubt. I would ride through the forest with Lucy and Peter before meeting Aslan and having some deep philosophical conversation. Then I would hug him and kiss him and love him to pieces!!

Jane Eyre and Edward Rochester - probably because when I read the book at 14 years of age I thought it was the most romantic thing ever!

People always say that you should write what you know. I am very familiar with the world of Education and that of Spiritualism so it began with the question: how could these two worlds meet? From that came the characters of Rae and Richard and from there on in the story developed.

It can often be something I hear or see that causes my mind to ask "what if?" but sometimes it is just a stray phrase that comes into my head and wont go away until I do some thing with it.

I am working on a sequel to I Hear you Calling and also on a murder mystery story. There is also something that keeps buzzing around in my head at the moment that won't fit into either of the above so, I suspect, I will be returning to that at some point and see what that becomes!

I love writing - I can get completely lost in a storyline and for those hours nothing else exists. I am loving getting feedback from my readers - it is amazing to think that they are enjoying a journey into that same world that I lost myself in!
