We are participating in our public library's summer reading program, and have quite a pile of books to read! We are reading Captain Underpants books, some books by Rick Riordan, and recently finished a Zetta Elliott book. I am personally reading an anthology edited by Alex Acks. That one really isn't for kids.

These days, my sons are my greatest inspiration. All children should get to read stories about kids like them having adventures. None of the stories I wanted to read featured a family that looked like mine, so I wrote some.
