Why do so many presses reject stories and poems with the phrase " This is not what we need at this time."? Why dont they specify for what they want in the first place?
Anatoly Molotkov I can't speak for everyone, but I would guess the answer is elusive. You don't know if you love a piece of literature until you've read it.
