RUNNING STORIES by runners of all ages, speeds and backgrounds is what it says - the voices of 88 different people who run, describing why, where, how and the benefit it brings them. Anyone and everyone can run, and we do so for many different reasons. I wanted to celebrate the diversity and positivity of running and show how it can transform lives and boost mental health.
