Angel Strong I'm a pretty avid reader, so yes I'd be happy to give it a look. Thanks for the link.
Angel Strong Hello, J.P.

I currently promote my story via social media, youtube, and good old- fashioned word-of-mouth. However, I do hope to do more promoting soon, such as discussions, interviews, and presentations.
Angel Strong Next to Tom and Thandi, the main characters of Thandi's Love, I would choose Scarlet Ohara and Rhett Butler from the great classic ' Gone With The Wind'. Like Tom and Thandi, their story was very powerful. I can remember watching the old film in my youth. My eyes were super glued to the television as I watched the four-hour sweeping drama from start to finish. I can vividly recall the roller coaster of emotions I felt. Delight, Sadness, Anger, Hope. I fell in love with the characters and their story. So much so that when I became of age, I purchased the novel and VHS. I now have the novel, VHS, and limited edition DVD. I still watch the film from time to time. And even now when I watch the film, nearly thirty years later, I still feel all the emotions I felt long ago.
Angel Strong To deal with writer's block, I generally step away from writing for a short while, and read other stories. It's best to keep your creative juices flowing, even if means you're writing reviews instead of writing your own material.
Angel Strong The best thing about being a writer is being able to personally create your own magnificent stories, characters, settings, etc. You can be anywhere, anyone, and anything you choose to be...
Angel Strong Currently working on the sequel to Thandi's Love 'Blood and Cotton'.
Angel Strong My inspiration to write Thandi's Love came from a combination of things. My fascination for history, my love of the actress Thandie Newton, and a few of my own life events...
Angel Strong Keep writing! Stay inspired!
Angel Strong I've always been fascinated by historical fiction. And I've been a huge fan of the actress Thandi Newton for years. She was my muse for this story, along with several other well-known actors and actresses. I guess I'd have to say that it was the mixture of my love of history and the actors/actresses that inspired my story.
