I get up from the computer, take a walk, have a snack, something to get my thoughts off of writing (only for as long as necessary). The back of my mind is always trying to figure out where to go next, so I give it time to work its magic. After a bit, I go back to the computer and see if I've been struck with inspiration. Sometimes it takes a few tries, but this process eventually gets me through my writers block!
