The title has several meanings. For weight loss to work and especially to be able to keep weight off, the habit and mindset changes you make need to fit your life and lifestyle. In other words, the program must be personalized and meaningful to you as an individual and for long-term success. Also, by using a large database of over 10,000 individuals and applying the scientific method of factor analysis, I was able to identify six distinct factors that are related to being overweight or having obesity. In Six Factors to Fit, you find out your highest scoring factors and based on your results, we give you step by step guidance with nudges and tweaks to help you lose weight and get healthier. This is very different from the one-size-fits-all restrictive diet plans you may have tried in the past.
