I'm always inspired to write, but I have a ritual for "getting in the mood." I head to my favorite local coffee shop when they open. I drink a hot vanilla latte, followed by a cold craft beer. After the first beer, I order a delicious bacon cheddar melt. Then, another beer. My writing session never exceeds three beers because I start getting careless about what I add to my novel.
