As I am, basically, an aspiring writer, my advice would be to just write. Just do it! Sit down and put your story to paper. From there, you will know what to do.

I am brainstorming a guide of sorts, or a workbook, to share my path to healing. I also some ideas for children's books brewing. However, my main focus is growing Forget Me Not Advocacy Group and meeting needs first hand in my community.

I have always loved writing and write when it calls to me. That is not always convenient, but I find that it works best that way. Sometimes I feel led to write, but don't know about what. When that happens, I start reading and researching until I find a muse.

The idea for my new book came from my life experience. Although it is not a happy story, it is my story. My wish is, that by sharing it, other abuse survivors can find hope and the happiness they deserve.
