I am sure this is not a very original answer but...I think I would have to go to the world of Harry Potter. I would love to see Hogwarts in action! Getting my hands on the marauders map would be a must! I would also have to eat in the Great Hall. Who wouldn't want to eat at a table with endless food? A girl can dream. Heavy sigh...

You know, I think the first time I got really excited about a book, or in this case books, was when my mom got me a box set of Little House on the Prairie books. That was my first series and I loved it. As I grew up I read all the standards that we all read and remember thinking I was so edgy when I would sneak Harlequin books home. Now, as an adult, I don't think my mom would have cared that I was reading about swashbucklers and ripped bodices but boy did I feel grown up back then!
Right now, I am obsessed with Sarah J. Maas and her A Court of Thorns and Roses series. I finished the 2nd book a week ago and am waiting very impatiently for book 3, A Court of Wings and Ruin. It comes out on May 2nd and I couldn't be more excited! Fantasy is not my usual genre of choice, but I have to tell you...I am hooked!
What is your current favorite read? I am always looking for new to me authors and series!
