When I was teaching English in Japan, one cold day in November of 2014, the bug to write just came to me. Writing became a great passion of mine shortly afterward. I had been writing short stories on and off again most of my life but never into novels like these.

From various sources of anime, video games and pop culture but the main inspiration came from the PS2 video game FINAL FANTASY X by Square Enix and the DIVERGENT series by Veronica Roth.
