I am planning to finish Rachel Caine's Morganville Vampire series and Possibly start the Clockwork Series by Casandre Clare. I totally get sucked into books and withdraw from the world until they are done. I have no self control when it comes to reading. I limit my reading time to 1 book per week in order to get other things in my life done.

Just write... everyday write something. Set a goal and go after it. Don't wait until you have a perfect book to learn all about writing and publishing and building your platform. And attend a conference with other writers.

This book is the miraculous true story of my 74 year grandmother who survived 3 days in the wilderness with nothing but Sprite and dirty pond water. I was inspired to write about my tenacious grandma.
